Roles and Responsibilities

  Demonstrate a robust commitment to daily prospecting and actively seek new global prospects and leads, prioritizing the expansion of business opportunities worldwide within the travel industry. 

●  Ownership of end-to-end commercial process from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, objection handling and winning deals.

●  Identify and engage in industries and networking events regularly to build strong network & new relationships. 

●  Drive global business development efforts for travel merchants, via in-person canvassing, cold calling, and the likes. 

●  Accurately forecast and manage a healthy sales pipeline. Set up and onboard global merchant partners thorough understanding of our merchant's needs and expectations.

●  Work closely with cross functional teams including marketing, relationships, operations and tech in the process of your delivery.

●  Contribute ideas and drive initiatives to scale global merchant adoption rate.

●  Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and interpret data sets to identify trends and implement KPI-driven solutions.


  At least 1-3 years of experience in sales and business development. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

●  Willingness to canvass or door-knock to pitch to prospective merchants. 

●  Strong interpersonal skills with good analytical skills, driven to help build a successful business in a startup environment.

●  Strong sense of ownership for projects and initiatives.

●  Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining high level of accuracy of the work.

●  A self-starter and motivated individual with can’t-is-not-an-option attitude; A problem-solver who’s not discouraged by failure or mistakes.
