Your booking 

Do I need to create an account before I book?

You do not need to create an account on azgo.ai. If you would like to book directly through azgo.ai, your personal and contact information will be needed. If you choose to book with our partners, you might need to create an account according to their booking policies.

Where can I find my booking confirmation?

You can find your booking confirmation by clicking “My bookings” at the upper right corner of the homepage. You can search for your order with the phone number or email address you used when making the booking.

Booking changes

How can I cancel my booking / request a refund?

You can check your booking status from “My bookings” at the top of the homepage and find the cancel/refund process instruction. If you have booked with our partners, you can go to their official websites to check the cancel/refund policy.

Payment 

Which payment method is accepted?

It depends on which travel website you choose to book with. Mostly, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay and American Express cards are accepted. Other digital payment methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay or Alipay might also be available on some sites.

How to use azgo.ai

How to search on azgo.ai?

Simply by selecting your destination and travel date, you will find a list of recommended things to do in the chosen city. Choose attractions or experiences you are interested in, and book the best deal for your next adventure!

How to book on azgo.ai?

azgo.ai offers two booking options. One is to book directly though azgo.ai website and the other is to book with a partner website. Once you select a deal from a partner website, you will get redirected to its website and continue the booking process there.

How do I change the language setting?

azgo.ai is available in 4 languages. If you want to change the language, please click language option on the top right corner of our website. You will see different language options and you can choose the preferred one.
